The Cleveland Browns made some roster moves this Thursday afternoon. The team announced the signings of fullback Robert Hughes and running back Rajion Neal.
The team had to make room for these two additions; therefore, fullback Patrick Skov was waived.
Rajion Neal is a 5-11, 211 pound running back. He spent his college career at the University of Tennessee where he put up video game numbers his senior year. Neal rushed for 1,124 yards and scored 15 rushing touchdowns; his talent will be shown early at camp.
Robert Hughes is a 5-10, 257 pound third year fullback. He spent his college career at Notre Dame. Hughes has been in the NFL since 2011 after he went undrafted and signed with the Chicago Bears. Since then, he has moved around several times and finally made it back on a roster. The last two seasons he has spent time with the Arizona Cardinals.
These two athletes hope to overcome adversity and make it on the 53-man roster. We will continue to update you if more players get signed or waived.
