Cleveland Oh. – The Cavs are just good. Let’s start there. The Cavs just beat the Sacramento Kings 136 -110. They were up by as many as 29 points and honestly, there was no point in the game when it looked like they would lose. The one thing about this team is they make adjustments on the fly. A team is making a run, like the Kings did in the third quarter, The Cavs get the momentum right back with a Max Strus steal off a rebound that Domantas Sabonis thought he had. The Kings have 22 seconds of good defense… Donovan Mitchell throws it off the backboard and dunks it. The Cavs just make the right plays, winning lays and they give themselves a chance to win every night.
I’ve seen all over social media that fans want to wait and see because of last year’s team. But this team is good. Even opposing coaches are saying the Cavs are good. Mike Brown before the game talked about the Cavs giving their guys confidence and that carrying over. Ty Lue (when the Cavs played the Clippers) spoke about the Cavs and the run they have been on saying how dangerous the team is. I know it’s the regular season, but the Cavs have just been taking whatever comes and pushing through. They play together. George Niang has talked about the togetherness of the team. Max Strus always talks about the team’s camaraderie. Even Coach JB Bickerstaff has talked about the team’s togetherness and willingness to play together and be unselfish. The Kings, coming in at the end of a 7-game road trip (where they went 5-2) came in and wanted to play well. They started off good. But in the end, the Cavs obliterated them.

The Cavs made 23 three pointers which was a season high. They shot 58% from the field. They shot 56% from three. They had 36 assist on 51 made baskets. They did everything right. And now, they are in second place in the East with… a soft portion of their schedule coming up. Hold on folks. This could be a lot of fun!
