The Cleveland Cavaliers completed a back-to-back home-and-home two-game sweep of the Milwaukee Bucks, winning Wednesday night’s clash 113-102.
It was a close game for two quarters, as the Cavs led 59-54 at the half, but outscored the Bucks 33-23 in the third quarter and never looked back.
The Cavs were without starting shooting guard J.R. Smith, which will be the case for the next few weeks, and also missed Kevin Love, who is day-to-day with a back injury.
To make up for those two, LeBron James (29 points) and Kyrie Irving (31 points) both had exceptional nights, even for their normal standards.
Irving also dished out a career-high 13 assists, a category in which he has been improving over the past few weeks.
Iman Shumpert, Richard Jefferson, and Channing Frye each added 10 points on the night.
Giannis Antetokounmpo led the Bucks with 28, while Jabari Parker scored 27.
Our Role Player of the Game Award goes to Tristan Thompson, as the rebounding machine grabbed 15 boards on the night.
The Cavs (21-6) are off until Friday night, when they host the Brooklyn Nets (7-20).
