Hill was a late scratch from Wednesday’s starting lineup for the Cavs in their eventual loss to the Thunder at Quicken Loans Arena.
At first the team felt it was just shoulder soreness, but since has been diagnosed with a sprain and will be on the bench for at least two weeks.
With Hill out, expect to see rookie Collin Sexton get a lot more playing time at the point guard position, a chance to showcase his talents as a first-round pick.
In 10 games this season, Hill is averaging 12.6 points per game, 1.9 rebounds, and three assists.
