2. Korver, Smith Provide Quick Offense- The starting lineup that features JR Smith and Kyle Korver is intended to stretch the floor and give both those guys chances to hit open shots. Sunday’s game allowed that to happen.
The two combined for eight three-pointers made and thirty points scored in starting roles. While Smith roamed around and gave the Pacers someone to keep an eye on in the halfcourt set, Korver worked around off-ball screens to find a good look from behind the arc.
It’s pretty important for the two sharpshooters to have good shooting days or the whole Cleveland rotation gets thrown out of sync. During Game Four, everything went to plan.
