Cavs Fall to Warriors 132-113 in Game 2; Three Takeaways

2. Turnovers vs. Talent

Tonight, the Warriors matched the Cavs’ turnover number from Game 1: 20.

While those turnovers managed to cost them 23 points, the Warriors are so good that it didn’t matter down the stretch.

This is a team where the two-time reigning MVP is the second option. It’s a team where Klay Thompson has been considered MIA for most of the playoffs.

Through two games, it’s pretty clear that the Cavs are not disciplined enough on the defensive end to combat the Warrior’s raw talent on offense.

After all, 20 turnovers is hardly the end of the world when you still put up 34 team assists and knock down 18 three-pointers.
