3) Wide Receiver
Simply put, the more weapons the merrier for Baker Mayfield. Jarvis Landry is a great talent all on his own, but would benefit from having a reliable weapon lining up outside of him. Cleveland had dreams of that dynamic one-two punch when Josh Gordon was still on the roster last summer. That ship has long left the harbor, though. Meanwhile, rookie Antonio Callaway showed potential in spurts but was far too inconsistent to be considered an elite threat alongside Landry. Others, like Breshad Perriman and Rishard Higgins were nice complimentary options in the Browns offense and should be retained as such. Another weapon for Baker Mayfield can’t possibly be a bad thing.
