2) Offensive Tackle
Replacing Joe Thomas was never going to be quick and easy. We’re talking about an NFL Ironman, who played a record 10,363 consecutive snaps. Greg Robinson did a decent job filling the void once he took over the starting job for the final eight games of the season. It sounds like Cleveland has interest in retaining Robinson because of his efforts. That doesn’t mean they can’t get better at the position though, and frankly they should. Now that the Browns have a franchise quarterback the No. 1 priority is protecting him. Everyone knows there is no position more important on the o-line than left tackle. Right tackle could stand to be upgraded as well, as Chris Hubbard was a mess at times himself. Cleveland would be wise to take a good long look at offensive tackle either in free agency or though the draft.
