After weeks of rumors and questions regarding what the Cleveland Browns would do with the No. 2 overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft, the Browns have traded down, switching spots with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Eagles get: 2016 1st RD (#2), 2017 4th RD.
Browns get: 2016 1st RD (#8), 2016 3rd RD (#77), 2016 4th RD (#100), 2017 1st RD, 2018 2nd RD.

It’s not a huge surprise, but what raised eyebrows is how much the Eagles are giving up.
This comes less than a week after the Tennessee Titans traded the #1 overall pick to the Los Angeles Rams.
It appears that the top two overall picks will both be used on quarterbacks. Now the question becomes, “What will this new regime do in their first draft, with this many picks?”
According to Adam Schefter, Memphis Quarterback Paxton Lynch is a player to watch on the Browns radar.
