BEREA, OHIO – The Browns on Tuesday re-signed WR Darius Jennings to the active roster. In addition, the team placed OL John Greco (knee) on injured reserve.
Greco started at right guard in all 14 games this season. He sustained a knee injury on the opening drive last week.
Jennings is 5-10, 169-pounds and in his rookie season out of Virginia. He registered five catches for 35 yards and returned five kickoffs for 112 yards (22.4 average) in two games after being elevated to the active roster from the team’s practice squad on Dec. 5. Jennings spent the first 12 weeks of the season on Cleveland’s practice squad after signing with the Browns as an undrafted free agent following a tryout during the team’s rookie minicamp. He was waived on December 16th.
