2. Defense Plays Well Under The Circumstances- Though they missed Jason McCourty and Jabrill Peppers on defense, the Browns held the Titans to twelve points in four and a half quarters. That’s tremendous work by defensive coordinator Gregg Williams. Tennessee was not only held to 269 total yards of offense, they were limited to eighty rushing yards. With a two-headed monster of DeMarco Murray and Derrick Henry, one would assume the Titans would have run like crazy all over the Browns. Not the case. Stand up job by the defense, who watches their hard work go down the drain.
