The Cleveland Browns are 0-9 and there hasn’t been much to laugh about in a good way. From special teams blunders to offensive failures, it’s been another bad year to be a Browns fan. But leave it to rookies DeShone Kizer and David Njoku to let the fans have something small to smile about.
It appears that Kizer (Notre Dame) and Njoku (Miami) decided to place a friendly bet on their alma maters’ rivalry game this past weekend. And as the final seconds ticked off the clock in The U’s 41-8 thrashing of the Fighting Irish, it became clear that Kizer was going to be forced to do something he wouldn’t be too thrilled about.
Behold Kizer’s punishment below:

That’s right, the Cleveland quarterback was forced to don the Miami Hurricanes shirt at Berea today, as Njoku was grinning widely next to him. Kizer expounded on the punishment that he joked was worse than being benched or injuring his ribs.

Luckily for the Browns, these two guys will more than likely be in their immediate future. Both players have had a solid year and handle themselves correctly off the field. let’s hope there will be more to be happy about as the years continue on.
