Browns Announce Week 3 Inactives vs Raiders

CLEVELAND – The Browns have announced their week 3 inactives versus the Raiders, including WR Dwayne Bowe.

It’s the second time in 3 games that Bowe, who is making $9 mil this season, will sit.

Also on the list – DL Desmond Bryant, QB Austin Davis, RB Robert Turbin, DB K’Waun Williams, LB Scott Solomon, TE E.J. Bibbs.
