It’s another offseason for the Browns, and there’s plenty of needs for this team after just one lone win in the standings, a season of 1-15 in Hue Jackson’s first season as coach.
Today we take a look at some of the needs of the team, and what the club may do to address them as the offseason gets underway and free agency starts in early March.
1.) Quarterback
Another year in and the question of who the Browns QB should be remain. Josh McCown is going past what was supposed to be his bridge time until a young QB was ready to take over. Cody Kessler looked like the best QB on the roster this year but still has a way to go and looks more like a solid NFL backup. The Robert Griffin experiment got derailed early with another injury before not even looking like a NFL QB the final four games of the season he started. That leaves the Browns back at square one again with a need for the most important position in football with nobody on the current roster seeming to be the one.
