Thomas ran a little more structured offense with C's, not as much iso…you think we'll get a system w/more passing/movement this year?

Okay so hypothetically, let’s say the trade is not voided and Thomas is the starter for the Cavs. No, I don’t think we are likely to get a more structured offense this year, because you have to remember why the Cavs haven’t really had one in the first place. It wasn’t because of Kyrie Irving, but because of LeBron James.
James is the one that has the most potential to create for his team and for himself on offense. When you have a once in a generation player of his caliber, sometimes you have to just let him play.
Inversely, the Celtics have a structured offense because of head coach Brad Stevens and his preferred system, rather than what Thomas offered the team. Given Thomas’ scoring ability, I’ve got to believe that Lue will want to give him some freedom to create for himself.
