1. Week One – September 9th vs Steelers
Ah yes, the Steelers-Browns rivalry continues, and will start the season off at First Energy Stadium much like it did back in 2017 with the black and gold AFC North champions in town.
Last year the Browns played one of their better games of the year against the Steelers on opening day, thanks in part to a solid defensive effort, holding Pittsburgh to 35 yards on the ground.
They scored 18 points and it wasn’t until a final minute Ben Roethlisberger to Antonio Brown conversion that the Steelers clinched the game.
If the Browns want to make a SERIOUS statement they are back as a force in the NFL, there’s no better way to do it than beating the Steelers on opening day.
Le’Veon Bell will be rusty after he takes another training camp off, and the Browns defense will have to get to Big Ben and make sure to bring him down.
This is a chance to put your stamp on the rest of 2018, and put 2017 so far in the rear view mirror that it won’t be brought up again.
Will it happen? That’s the big question.
