Big games from Love and Smith help lead Cavaliers past Bucks; three takeaways

CLEVELAND– With the way they have been playing as of late, likely not many NBA fans expected the Cavaliers to be able to keep up with the Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday night.

But they kept up and then some, overpowering the Bucks, 124-119, and looking more like the team that beat the Washington Wizards than the team that lost to the Atlanta Hawks.

Overall, the defense looked better, the offensive wrinkles appeared to get a little more ironed out, and a couple of guys had breakout games.

Their problems are far from over, but before they head out on a road trip for the next week and a half, here are three takeaways from the Bucks game.
