The Berea-Midpark volleyball team dropped a four-set affair at Olmsted Falls tonight (25-19, 18-25, 18-25, 22-25).
Despite a valiant effort from Daria Khramkova and her team leading 20 digs, the Titans couldn’t capitalize on a victorious opening set. Khramkova averaged five digs per set against the host Bulldogs and also recorded seven kills. Kayla Gudel excelled in the match, responsible for 11 kills and five blocks. Fellow junior Nicole Peterson added 10 kills of her own while also flashing defensively with 16 digs. Senior Aubree Nolan dished out 36 assists on the evening, while fellow seniors Caitlin Lindo (4 blocks) and Olivia Armendarez (12 digs) helped with the defensive effort. UP NEXT |
