1. Capitalizing off of Yankees Struggles on Defense
The Yankees have had struggles on defense recently, committing three errors in the first inning on Thursday and yet another error Friday which allowed a run and also recorded two wild pitches to add to the damage.
One of the wild pitches allowed Indians outfielder Austin Jackson to score to get things started in the second inning.
In the third, Brandon Guyer came home off a Michael Brantley single thanks to Aaron Judge’s overthrow that ended up in the stands.
Taking advantage of Yankee mistakes and playing heads-up baseball have been key in the Tribe winning the last two meetings with the Bronx Bombers.
