Avon Lake Sweeps Berea Midpark 3-0 In Varsity Volleyball Action

The Berea-Midpark volleyball team fell to the Avon Lake Shoregals 3-0 (25-23, 25-16, and 25-18) on Thursday night. The loss has the Titans sitting at 10-10 overall and 8-8 in SWC play.

The highlight of the evening was senior setter Aubree Nolan eclipsing 1,000 career regular season assists. Nolan has been consistent all year long, averaging 8.9 assists per set.

Olivia Armendarez lead the Titans defensively with 11 digs, Skye-Forest Baker recorded seven of her own. Freshmen Heaven Santiago stuffed four blocks at the net for Berea-Midpark.

UP NEXT
The Titans return to the friendly confines of the Bob Purdy Gymnasium Tuesday October 10th, to host North Olmsted on Senior Night. Freshmen begin at 4:30, JV and Varsity to follow.
