Aslaksen scored 41 goals and recorded 31 assists as a sophomore and appears to have picked up right where he left off.
Freshman Brian Walasinski netted a pair of goals in the win, as well and has three goals so far this season.
The Shoremen have won their first two games by a combined score of 18-4, but the competition will get tougher as the season goes on.
Next up, Avon Lake hosts Aurora on Dec. 4.
