It’s been a tough year for Indians pitcher Cody Anderson, who right now is in the minors at AAA Columbus after a rough outing last week against the Reds.
While manager Terry Francona said last week that Anderson is a part of the teams’ future, it may be quicker than many felt it should be, as word is he will get the start in game two of the Indians doubleheader with the White Sox on Monday.
Nothing official from Indians yet, but hearing that Cody Anderson is likely the 2nd starter for Monday's doubleheader vs. White Sox.

Anderson’s issues this season center around homeruns, as he’s already allowed 10 homers in just 32.2 innings.
His ERA is 7.99 and is 0-3 this season. He was sent down to Columbus on Tuesday, and the team gave a start to Mike Clevinger, who earned a no-decision in MLB debut on Wednesday in Cincinnati.
