Through roughly ⅓ of the regular season, the AFC North is still wide open for the taking. The Baltimore Ravens are atop the division with a comfortable record of 4-2 while the Browns and Steelers are trailing with records of 3-2 and the Bengals are currently in last place with a record of 3-3.
Ravens
The Ravens are rolling strong after their loss to the Colts last week. Baltimore’s offense is connecting on all levels it seems that they never have a bad defense as well because Raven’s defense has been applying pressure all game for the last three weeks. Moving forward the Ravens seem to have a tougher schedule ahead of them.
Steelers
After a win last week over the Ravens, Pittsburgh seems to have caught some wind with second year QB Kenny Pickett performing pretty well alongside their elite defense. Pittsburgh had a BYE week this week which gives them time to have players rest and recover before their next game.
Browns
After the BYE week last week, the Browns were faced with a tough matchup against the 49ers today, in an improbable style the Browns were able to get the win. The headliner of the win this week was the Defense as the Browns boast the best defense in the NFL and were able to lock down the 49ers most of the day. Next week Cleveland plays the Colts.
Bengals
After a bad start to the season, Cincy has seemed to catch fire fighting back to a positive record over the past two weeks. Ja’Marr Chase and Joe Burrow have been in sync as of late and their defense has improved over the course of the season. If Burrow is beginning to get healthier then we can expect to have an even closer fight for the division title.
