On May 4th, Berea Mid Park Titans visited the North Ridgeville Rangers for a softball game to see who would take the top spot in the Southwestern Conference standings. The game lived up to its hype.
The Rangers had Autumn Behlke in the circle and recorded 13 strike outs, with Mallory Herwerden from the Titans who had 6 strike outs, but all the strike outs came to end a rally from the Rangers
The Titans scored first in the in the third inning as well as the seventh inning. And that is all the Titans needed. North Ridgeville scored 1 run but couldn’t get another to home plate.
North Ridgeville drops to 12-3 (10-2 SWC), Berea Mid Park improves to 15-3 (9-1 SWC) Final score 2-1 in favor of Berea Midpark.
