Brantley is hitting in the four hole for the team, as Carlos Santana will hit first, Jason Kipnis second, and Francisco Lindor third.
The outfielder did pinch-hit last night in the Tribe loss in Minnesota, but tonight is the first night he will get the start in left field.
Also today prior to first pitch the Twins made it official. Jose Berrios will start against Tribe on Wednesday in his big-league debut.

Berrios is just 21 years old, and is expected to be one of the next great pitchers in the Twins organization. He’s made three starts at Rochester this season, and in 17.0 innings has allowed just two earned runs, striking out 20 batters. His WHIP is 0.94. Last year he struckout 175 hitters over 166.1 innings and issued only 38 walks.
