28.) Kansas City Chiefs- Eli Apple CB Ohio State
The Chiefs lost starting corner Sean Smith to the rival Raiders. They could use another corner to pair with last year’s rookie defensive player of the year Marcus Peters in the secondary.

29.) Arizona Cardinals- Emmanuel Ogbah DE Oklahoma State
Dwight Freeney led the team in sacks last year with eight at age 36. Ogbah offers some great athletic upside as well as production in college, but he does have some technique that needs worked on and needs to play with a more consistent level.

30.) Carolina Panthers- Vernon Butler DT Louisiana Tech
Kawann Short and Star Lotulelei are both free agents after this season. Carolina likely will not be able to afford to keep both. In a draft loaded with talented DTs, they can find a possible replacement for one of them.

31.) Denver Broncos- Paxton Lynch QB Memphis
It’s hard to imagine a scenario where Lynch drops this far without somebody moving up to draft him, but in a mock with no trades this is how it falls for now. Lynch would remind a lot of Denver fans of Brock Osweiler with his giant size. At 6’7” 244 pounds, he’s one of the big QBs in the draft. He has enough mobile ability to get by and has done a good job and not turning the ball over. He should be a first round pick but the question will be where?
