13.) Miami Dolphins- Noah Spence DE Eastern Kentucky
The Dolphins need a pass rusher or corner after losing a lot of them in free agency. While Spence may come with some baggage, he is the best pass rusher in a weak class left. The Dolphins can’t rely on Cameron Wake and Mario Williams to get pressure on the QB for very long.

14.) Oakland Raiders- Sheldon Rankins DT Louisville
How can you not like what the Raiders have done this offseason? They are left in a position here where they should draft the top player available. Rankins would be an excellent choice. Former second round pick Mario Edwards continues to deal with a lingering neck injury and getting an interior threat like Rankins can help free up Irvin and Mack.

15.) Los Angeles Rams- Laquon Treadwell WR Ole Miss
Let the debate about whether Paxton Lynch is good enough to be their franchise QB begin. If they feel that way then they should take him. If not they can get the top WR in the draft at a good value spot. Treadwell offers them another playmaker to pair with Todd Gurley as their last two top picks.

16.) Detroit Lions- Taylor Decker OT Ohio State
The Lions are likely to go with an OT as they will start a small rebuilding process. The team has some glaring needs in a very tough division and losing Calvin Johnson was just another blow for them. If they want to avoid a top five pick they need to find somebody to protect the fragile Matt Stafford.
