2.) Cleveland Browns- Carson Wentz QB North Dakota State
Signing RGIII shouldn’t change anything for the Browns. They need to get their franchise QB and Wentz has done everything possible this offseason to live up to his hype. He’s got the size, arm, interview ability, pretty much the entire package.

3.) San Diego Chargers- Jalen Ramsey CB/S Florida State
Ramsey’s stock seems to be growing as the draft gets closer and closer. He is one of the most versatile players in the draft being able to play almost any position needed in the secondary and some will regard him as the top player in the draft. The Chargers lost one of their top players in Eric Weddle so gaining Ramsey will be a refreshing improvement for the secondary.

4.) Dallas Cowboys- Joey Bosa DE Ohio State
The Cowboys can use a consistent pass rusher after the whole Greg Hardy situation and Randy Gregory being suspended for the season. People are really high or really low on Bosa. He dominated the college game and while his athleticism isn’t off the charts, he has been extremely productive in college and a terror for opposing offenses.
