“We want to go and we expect to win every game we play. Now that being said, there is a lot of things that need to happen to have that opportunity to come forth. At the same time, we are not going to be a football team that walks out there and says, ‘We say give.’ I am not interested in that. I did not come here for that. I came here to win. I came here to help our team have an opportunity to win football games. We are not going to care about where we play. We understand the AFC North and we understand who we have to play outside our division, and they are really good football teams. We expect to have a really good football team here.”
Win. Win. Win. This guy wants to win. He’s had his shot at the head coaching position before, and it didn’t fare well for him. Not to mention the implosion of the Bengals we all watched Saturday where he stood on the sideline as an offensive coordinator. He’s been around the AFC North enough to know what the Browns are dealing with, and he’s willing to take on the challenge and growing pains with it.
