4. Development of Young Players
With yet another very quiet off season, it is clear the Indians plan on some young prospects taking big steps. Whether that ends up being continued improvement from the likes of Lindor and Giovanny Urshela, or some players without any Major League experience like Bradley Zimmer and Clint Frazier making the leap, the young core of the Tribe will be crucial on a successful season. Luckily, the Indians are flush with upper level prospects who could be ready to make the jump.
