5. Thabo Sefolosha SG/SF
At 33 years old, Sefolosha may not be playing his best basketball, but he can still be a useful contributor on a good team.
He made $3.8 Mil. with the Atlanta Hawks last season, but perhaps he’d come to Cleveland for the league minimum.
Sefolosha has been known as a defensive stopped his entire career, which coincidentally began with the Oklahoma City Thunder and former-teammate Kevin Durant.
Perhaps we could see Thabo matched up on KD in the 2018 Finals at times? He also could guard Klay Thompson and Andre Iguodala.
While Sefolosha doesn’t offer much on offense, one of the Cleveland’s biggest problems in the 2017 Finals was having too may offense-only players (Korver, Frye) on their bench, who didn’t end up helping much when it counted.
Just for fun, continue to Page 6 to see my wishlist of the potential 2017-18 Cleveland Cavaliers Opening Day Roster, assuming they don’t acquire Carmelo Anthony or Dwayne Wade.
