What do you think is the key to the Cavaliers having a successful second half of the season, including playoffs?
Matt Medley: It’s the obvious answer, but health is the main key. And if the Cavs can find a way to get Love involved consistently, while still getting the consistent production of Smith, they will be in great shape in the playoffs.
Eddy Jansen: Stay healthy. They can not afford another injury to Love or Irving. They must stay fresh enough for the Finals. That is why Tyronn Lue managing the minutes of Matthew Dellavedova and other players that would step on the floor to replace Irving and Love is so crucial.
Adrienne Goehler: Buying into Lue’s system. I know it’ll be a hard adjustment but the faster pace of play and ball movement will be critical if we want to contend late in the playoffs with the West. The few games that have been implemented with his system are noticeably different than Blatt’s style, and I think it will utilize players to their strengths and help set up overall team success.
