3 College Football Games to Watch Oct. 22

It seems like almost every week there are marquee college football matches with playoff implications on the line.

This week is no different and perhaps stands out even more, as we get closer and closer to the end of the regular season.

Here are three games to watch:

#10 Wisconsin (4-2) @ Iowa (5-2) 12 pm ESPN

Both of these teams are still alive in the race to win the Big Ten West and reach the conference championship.

Wisconsin virtually has to win out to win the West, while Iowa is 3-1 within the conference and controls their own destiny.

#12 West Virginia (5-0) vs. Texas Christian 3:30 pm ABC

People have been waiting for the Mountaineers to fall back to Earth, but last week at Texas Tech they pulled off an impressive win.

The Horned Frogs will be another tough test, but the more wins West Virginia racks up, it’s going to be impossible to keep them out of the playoff conversation.

#1 Alabama (6-0) vs. #6 Texas A & M (5-0) 3:30 pm CBS

It goes without saying that this is a big game for both teams.

The Aggies are coming off a bye week and should be well-rested. If TAMU can’t beat Bama, it appears the Crimson Tide will roll all the way through the regular season.
