If the Indians want to make a move for the three-time All-Star, they might get into a fight with the Yankees for the 37 year olds services.
Granderson is hitting .231 (.756 OPS) with 10 homers and 31 RBI this season, but again his addition to the roster wouldn’t be groundbreaking, but simply adding an outfielder that could hopefully fill a role with the current injuries the team has.
He’s on a one-year deal, so again the Indians wouldn’t give up much for his short-term services.
Yankees looking for an extra hitter/OF with judge (and Sanchez and Frazier) out. Probably prefer a righty hitter. But the grandy man @cgrand3 could be a potential fit.
