A month ago this pick would not have been among my top five options. Now it stands among the few that make sense. The pressing secondary needs have been addressed in free agency. Saquon Barkley may be the best player available here but I don’t think he is the natural fit with the Browns anymore. With Carlos Hyde and Duke Johnson, I don’t think a three-headed monster makes sense. Barkley is a three-down back. Look at how many times a running back other than Fournette, Elliott, Bell, or Gurley touched a ball on their teams. The answer is not much and would waste the talents already on the team. Chubb is the second best player available. While I am big on Ogbah after he moved back to DE in a 4-3 you can never have enough pass rushers. He doesn’t have the size to bulk up and play inside but can come in during sub packages and be another threat. Plus the benefit of having Chubb and Garrett under contract for the next four years is scary. They can rival Watt-Clowney and Bosa-Ingram as the best pass rushing tandem in football.

I like your however D tackle at 33 is a bit of a head scratcher when they signed 3 really good ones last year and signed Jamie Meaders tender for the year. There are only 2 spots to play and 4 on the team and i can see with drafting Chubb on third downs it would be he Garrett Ogbha and Ogunjobi a free safety or #1 CB needs taken there
