12.) Cleveland Browns- Deshaun Watson QB Clemson
NFL teams will reach for QBs and I can see it here again with Cleveland. Watson has the intangibles and experience that Cleveland should desire. He is a proven winner that can come in and turn around the locker room and bring a winning attitude, something that is desperately needed.
13.) Arizona Cardinals- Quincy Wilson CB Florida
The Cardinals started a RB turned CB last year. That backfired enormously. They need to go back in and find a top notch corner that can play opposite the Honey Badger.
14.) Indianapolis Colts- Dalvin Cook RB Florida State
The Colts have nothing outside of Andrew Luck and TY Hilton so they could really go best player available here. While the defense needs a lot of help it is deeper there and the Colts could help Luck out a lot by taking Cook. Some have him higher than Fournette and the Colts have become so one dimensional without a running game. Adding a back that can take some of the load of Luck and catch the ball out of the backfield can go a long way.
15.) Philadelphia Eagles- Marlon Humphrey CB Alabama
The NFC East has a lot of talented WRs with Odell Beckham and Dez Bryant at the top. Playing those two for one quarter of the season means you better find a tall athletic CB that can keep them in check.
